先后担任消费者BG人才供应经理、南部非洲地区部HRD、西欧地区部HRD、澳新HRD、澳洲生态业务发展主管、澳洲B2B政企渠道销售主管、澳洲综合运营主管,连续7年参与所在BU/区域战略发展规划的方案设计及制定,全程参与并经历了华为消费者业务从OEM白牌向自有品牌,从中低端向高端,从手机向1+8全场景全系列转变的各个转型阶段,熟悉产品研发、供应链、采购、Go-To-Market、营销、渠道、服务等各业务领域。

担任消费者BG人才供应经理阶段,为配合消费者BG业务转型,专项成立高端人才招聘小组,面向全球TOP手机领域招聘研发、设计、营销、渠道、供应链等高端专家30余人,参与美国、日本、台湾研究所筹建工作。

任职南部非洲及西欧地区部期间,作为区域核心管理人员聚焦华为高端品牌、自有零售阵地、线上线下渠道建设,从华为P6系列到P20系列高端手机市场份额稳步提升,将南非、意大利、西班牙、德国、法国、英国均打造为公司海外重点粮仓国(收入2亿美金+)。

澳洲任职期间,先后负责业务发展(BD)、渠道销售、线上及线下零售、综合经营管理,直接对接澳洲本地生态发展、渠道零售合作伙伴的CXO及总监级别客户,负责澳洲对外公共关系事务、营商环境构建及中国领使馆关系对接。
